Disability Services

Disability services at HCBT ensure that all students have equal access to education and can fully participate in all aspects of campus life, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Our disability services office works with students to identify and implement reasonable accommodations that remove barriers to learning and participation. The service begins with an intake process where students meet with staff to discuss their needs and develop an accommodation plan tailored to their specific circumstances. Accommodations may include extended time for examinations, alternative testing formats, note-taking assistance, assistive technology, and accessible classroom seating. Students can access disability services by contacting the office to schedule an initial consultation, ideally before classes begin.

IT Helpdesk

Our IT Support Services ensure that students can confidently access and use all digital learning resources, including our dedicated Cambridge online learning platform. For parents of students aged 6 to 16, you can be assured that your child will receive the technical support needed to log in to the Cambridge online platform, complete interactive activities, and access additional learning materials from home. For students aged 16 and above, our IT team provides assistance with Cambridge online resources, learning management systems, software setup, and connectivity issues, helping them make the most of their digital learning experience. Support is available through in-person assistance, phone and email support, and online help requests. With access to Cambridge’s interactive online tools and reliable technical support, students can continue learning effectively both in the classroom and at home.
