Horizon College of Business and Technology in collaboration with Pradeep Undugoda Foundation jointly offered LKR 4.5 million worth scholarships to government school students reside in and around Kaduwela Division, with an aim to improve English language skills.

The Scholarship Award Ceremony was held on 11th Jan 2024. The ceremony witnessed by Dr. Major Pradeep Undugoda, Mrs.Nirmala Ekanayake the Zonal Director of Sri Jayawardhanapura, Mrs. Anuradha the Education Director of Kaduwela and the Principals of several prominent schools namely Boys School Malabe, Gunasekara Primary School, M.D.H. Jayawardhana College, Sri Indrajothi Vidyalaya and Thalangama Vidyawardhana Vidyalaya.

These scholarships offered to English language courses namely Kids English Programme (Nursery to O/L) and Diploma in English Programme conduct by our institution. There were more than 1600 applicants participated for the selection test and out of them 100 full scholarships and 1500 partial scholarship were offered.
